Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx and Discover. All cards are charged in real time at checkout so be sure your order is correct before finalizing it.

Shipping & Handling: Truthfully Rooted Ships orders to addresses within the United States within 2-5 business days (M-F).  Entering an incorrect shipping address will result in additional charges if we have to re-ship or re-route. Expedited shipping (if chosen) begins after your package has shipped.

Returns & Refunds: All sales are final, no refunds. If you discover an issue with your order such as damage or receiving the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours from the time your order was received. We will make every effort to remedy the situation. 

Additions & Cancellations: We cannot make changes once your online order has been placed. If you need additional merchandise, you will need to place another order. Cancellations must occur within 12 hours from the time the order is placed to avoid a 15% restocking fee. 

Stolen Goods: We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier.

Catalog:  In an effort to save trees & to keep costs down, Truthfully Rooted does not offer a printed catalog.

Animal Testing: We DO NOT conduct any animal testing. In addition, all of our products are vegan. 

Disclaimer:  Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24 hours. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
